All products offered by LIV N E3:20® are digital curriculum downloads. No physical products will be shipped.

Upon purchase, you will receive access to download your materials. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate.

3. License and Use

All curriculum materials are licensed, not sold.

Use of our materials is permitted only within the scope of the selected license:

• Family License – One household
• Church / Classroom License – Up to 20 students
• Organizational License – 21- 200 students

Unauthorized use outside the scope of the purchased license is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access to digital materials has been provided.

All content provided through our Services, including curriculum materials, lesson structures, text, graphics, and illustrations, is the property of LIV N E3:20 LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

LIV N E3:20® and Winning Wednesdays® are registered trademarks of LIV N E3:20 LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or create derivative works from our materials outside the scope of your license.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIV N E3:20 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.
