All LIV N E3:20® curriculum materials are delivered as digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been provided.

By purchasing our digital curriculum, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital files are delivered electronically after purchase.
• Access to the materials is provided immediately.
• Digital products cannot be returned.
• Refunds will not be issued after files have been accessed or downloaded.

LIV N E3:20® Curriculum License Terms

Family License

The Family License permits use within one household only.

Permitted Use:
• Parents or guardians may use the materials with children within the same household.
• Materials may be printed for personal use within the household.

Restrictions:
• Materials may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged in any form.
• Materials may not be shared with individuals or families outside of the licensed household.
• Files may not be distributed, uploaded, or otherwise shared outside the licensed household.

Church / Classroom License

The Church / Classroom License permits use for groups of up to 20 students within a single church, classroom, or ministry setting.

Permitted Use:
• Teachers or ministry leaders may use the materials with students at the licensed location.
• Materials may be printed for participants within the licensed group.

Restrictions:
• Materials may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged in any form.
• Materials may not be shared with other churches, classrooms, or ministries outside the licensed group.
• Files may not be distributed, uploaded, or otherwise shared outside the licensed group.

Organizational License

The Organizational License permits use for 21 or 200 students within a single organization, including multiple classrooms or ministry groups under the same organization.

Permitted Use:
• Materials may be used across multiple classrooms or groups within the licensed organization.
• Materials may be printed for participants within the organization.

Restrictions:
• Materials may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged in any form.
• Materials may not be shared with individuals or organizations outside of the licensed organization.
• Files may not be distributed, uploaded, or otherwise shared outside the scope of the purchased license.

License Notice:

This curriculum is licensed, not sold. Use of these materials is permitted only within the scope of the selected license. Continued use beyond the license terms or outside the defined group requires the purchase of an appropriate license.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, or use of these materials outside the scope of the purchased license is strictly prohibited.
